Disney Springs Welcomes Back an Old Favourite in a New Form

Following it’s closure in 2016, Fulton’s Crab House has now been replaced by a new seafood specialist restaurant, Paddlefish.

Renovations to The Empress Lilly, which housed Fultons have been completed and is now open for business once more under the new guise.

Featuring an wide array of dining options, obviously the specialty comes from the wonderful seafood.

Starters include crab cakes, stuffed clams, calamari and octopus, entrees feature two types of chowder, catfish, jambalaya, sea bash and black cod as well as king and snow crab and Maine lobster.

For those who aren’t inclined towards seafood don’t think there isn’t choice for you, which fillet mignon, short ribs, lamb tenderloin and a trusty burger are available among other wonderful choices.
